The Virtuous Cocktail

An elegant blend of Toku Saké, Umeshu, Kukicha Tea, Vermouth, and Tiki Bitters, the Virtuous marries tradition with innovation, inviting you to savour the pinnacle of refined mixology.

Ingredients

To make the tea, take

1 tablespoon of Kukicha Tea (6 grams) and

300ml of hot water (80 degrees)

– Combine in a teapot

– Allow to infuse for 3 . minutes

– Strain off the tea from the leaves

– Once cooled bottle and it is ready for use

This will keep for two days

Combine

all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

Fill

shaker with cubed ice and stir.

Strain

into a coupette/martini glass.

Garnish

with a Umeshu soaked plum and serve with a smile!
